Shipping Delivery

All Items ordered through us are shipped by UPS and many other forwarders. Detailed Address, Post code, Telephone and Receiver Name are necessary for delivery. Sometimes Tax Number is also needed in some countries.

A email with tracking number will be sent to you once your order is delivered.

All deliveries are made only on working days.  You will be able to track your order online twenty-four hours after you receive the tracking number.

Our Delivery


Alex Surgical  has built up solid partnership with all big four shipping companies: DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT to provide professional worldwide door-to-door delivery.


Delivery Time


In general, it may take about 10 business days for the delivery once an order is confirmed. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.
 


Order Tracking


We allow you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. 
 


What will I be charged for shipping?


Shipping and handling charges vary depending on the weight and volume of the instruments and its final shipment destination. The freight will be calculated automatically when you palce orders. Free shipping maybe provided according to your member level. Please consider this when placing your order.


How long will it take for my item to reach me?


Please note that business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, are calculated in terms of delivery period. In general, it takes about 3-5 business days for delivery.


How can I track my shipment?


We would send an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier' website.
 


What should I do if my shipment never arrives?


Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please reach us by clicking the "Contact Us" button on the website. We will get back to you quickly.
 


How do I ship items to a different address?


During the checkout process, please specify where you want to ship in the shipping address area. It can be different from your credit card billing address.
